Students can apply for financial aid before applying for admission to Broward College. We offer a combination of aid programs including grants, scholarships, work-study, and loans. Based on eligibility, students may qualify for funding from one or more of these programs.
Students must be admitted to an eligible degree or certificate program of study (PDF) in order to receive financial aid. To maintain eligibility, students must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standards. Enrollment can affect aid amounts, and only classes that are recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as being required for degree completion will be used to calculate eligibility for Title IV funds.
